I have several groups of treatments, I want to know if each of them is significantly different than the one control group or not, I was advised to use dunnett's test, I wish to know the steps on how to perform it on minitab software
Hi Within the ANOVA (one-way) function, use the "comparisons" tab where you can select the Dunnet test (among others) to undertake multiple comparisons.
I put the results of my control and other groups in separate columns, then I do like what you said, but whenever I choose Dunnet test, an entry called " control level" is required and I don't know what it means..
Might be a little late for you, but in "Terms" you identify which column contains the treatments. And in "Control levels" you need to type the label of the control group in quotes.
