How to perform an analysis of the Mantel correlogram in R?

I use Passage 2 for Mantel correlogram analysis. Can I use R for this?

I think several R packages do it, vegan, ape and ade4, but they may not be able to do the valuable 3-way partial Mantel tests that Passage2 does. Not sure, I've never used these R packages to do Mantels.
