How to perform a implicit dynamic analysis with ABAQUS using user element (UEL) subroutines?

I am trying to perform a dynamic implicit analysis using abaqus user element (UEL), but the results are very strange. Does anybody knows how to form the RHS matrix for plates elements correctly (I do not have problems with AMATRX)?
