I'm looking for ideas or methods to set and perform a design workshop in order to sparking new ideas at the intersections between coordination issues in knowledge transfer which were identified from my case study and design guidelines identified from literature about sociomateriality.

I'm thinking to use design guidelines for developing a prototype (using or setting one or a set of technologies that already exist) that allow me to show how can I solve the coordination problems. But I want to do this in a collaborative session with design experts during a workshop.

So I would like to get some ideas, examples, details, recommendations, etc. about how would I set up the design workshop. I have been exploring options from LUMA institute (creative matrix)  but maybe you can recommend me more details about it or alternative techniques

I really appreciate your help
