Is it possible to use the multi-objective algorithm to optimize the multiple non-conflicting objectives? The multiple objectives are dependent, it is not appropriate to transform the multiple objectives into the single objective by weights. If the multi-objective algorithm cannot use for the non-conflicting objectives, how to optimize the multiple non-conflicting objectives?
There are different strategies for solving multi-objective optimization problems. On approach is as you mention to use different weighs of the coefficient but if they are coupled this is more difficult. Another approach is to use priorities between objectives. This means that the most critical is fulfilled first and handled as a constraint in the further process of optimization. The best approach depends on the application. Thanks for all your answers. Actually, the multiple objectives are complementary , rather than conflicting. So I am uncertain about the weight to transform multiple objectives to single objective or the prior method. I think there should be the feedback between the multiple objectives.
Hi Khalid, thanks for your answer. Actually, my problems is much complex than just the complimentary. There should be highly coordination between the decision variables to minimize all the multiple objectives. I cannot just minimize the single objective. Anyhow, thanks. I learned a lot.

Ali Moussa I divided one of the non-conflicting objective into other objectives. Thus, the problem has been transfered into the problem with conflict objectives.
