Dear all please suggest me, How to obtain the better adhesion coating of Hydroxyapatite on Ti alloy using EPD technique. I used PVP and PVA as binders but still unable to get strong adhesion strength between Ti and HAP coating.
I think sintering method normally used for improving the coating adhension property of HAP on TI by EPD.. Vaccum sintering is effective one for making better adhesion property without adding polymers.. Just go throw the paper for sintering temperature and time.. good luck..
