How to obtain serum or plasma from haemolysed blood?

Hi have whole blood samples that have been freezed at -80 without any previous separation. Now all the samples are haemolysed. Does it exist any protocol to obtain plasma or serum from these haemolysed samples? I have tried centrifugation and it is not working. Thanks.
