How to obtain or access the CEMHYD3D software (v2.0/v3.0)?

I have not been able to access the program through the older NIST FTP links, as they appear to be no longer functional. I would be very grateful if you could kindly guide me on the current way to obtain or access the CEMHYD3D software package (v2.0/v3.0).

Your guidance will be extremely valuable in helping me advance the simulation component of my PhD research.
