I need the frequency and voltage deviations for a control stratgy of microgrid is introduced in the paper that is attached. When microgrid is in islanded mode can i use the PLL block for measuring f ? or not i should use the droop line. in the strategy, paper, How to obtain it?

Since this is specifically about the implementation as in the attached paper, it may be a good idea to send an e-mail to the authors about exactly what they have done about it.
The Institutes are all mentioned along with the authors, so they should be easy to locate on the internet.

hi sanjoy, I could simulate the paper for a single DG. I used both of the methods, "PLL block and droop line" in the simulation. I achieved the correct results with droop line. it means i used the droop line for obtaining f and v deviations.

Incidentally, for the future too, when a doubt crops up from a specific publication, it is always a good idea to contact the authors immediately.
