How to monitor expression genes of some protein which name HSP or Heat shock protein in aphids. which I will do this working with PCR, I have to design primers for this HSPs for PCR. I don't know how I can to do this?
You can do the RNA-Seq expriment and discover the HSp of your aphids sample, if seqence of aphids are not available in genebank/est database. From these sequences you can design qRTPCR assay with SYBR green to moniter the DGE/GE. Now a days, RNA-Seq is very economical.

Yes sequence of my aphids is not available in gene bank so i need to design primer for HSP on them. but my problem is we have not genome of Hsp in aphid for designing their primer.
First design a degenerate primer set from the related species and do sequencing. From there you can easily design a specific primer set for hsp70.
