I am trying to perform nonlinear cyclic loading on simple rc frame. I tried to assign hinge at both end of beam and column with Pivot hysteresis curve. P-M2-M3 hinge in SAP2000 only has isotropic hysteresis type by default and cannot be altered. So, I tried to define multilinear plastic link to replace hinge. However the force at the column-beam joint is illogically small (about 16 x10^-3 kN) Can anyone provide some step-by-step procedures/references to model link with characteristics similar to hinge?
