I want to model numerically the increase in leak rate due to creep with time in a metal-to-metal seal. There is sufficient contact pressure at the interface of metal to metal surface, which (contact pressure) is decreasing with time due to creep.

I want your valuable suggestions on how to co-relate this reduction in contact pressure with the increase in leak rate.

(Note: Although there is some literature in which they analyze the decrease in leak rate while increasing the contact load but in my case, there is opposite modeling I want to model the increase in leak rate with a decrease in the contact pressure and due to plastic deformation in contact pressure generation I can not use the same relation.)
