Problem: I want to model the glass fiber in concrete beam in ETABS 2019 but there is no option in ETABS 2019 about modeling of glass fiber for concrete beam.
How to Model GFRP in ETABS? The fiber reinforced polymers use ACI 440.1R-15 which is the most updated code I found. And there is no option in ETABS 2019

As you have mentioned, there are no options in ETABS 2019 to model GFRP. You can get a rough estimation by calibrating the mechanical properties but I strongly recommend you to use software such as ABAQUS, ANSYS, DIANA, etc.
to design GFRC, you can define a new material (select other) in ETABS and use the material properties you have or you can refer to PCI-MNL-128 to get the GFRC material properties.
then you need to check the beam stresses for example, von_mises for flexural stresses, and compare them to the allowable values.
