How to measure the natural frequency of the turbine blade during full speed and frequency shift?

Dear Sir,

I would like to measure the natural frequency of the blade at full speed using an eddy current sensor through the tip-timing method or an accelerometer. Additionally, I intend to observe any frequency shift that occurs during full-speed operation.
