Does anybody suggest me the appropriate method for the estimation of electron temperature and electron density of plasma discharge using optical emission spectroscopy?
Intensity ratio, Stark broadening, Doppler broadening, and Boltzmann plot are the methods to determine electron density and temperature of the cold plasma discharge.
I measured electron temperature by using infrared photodiode in Pulsotron-3, as long as said before the watts/m2 depends on plasma temperature (so electron temperature if the thermal stabilized plasma), but it works in high-density plasma, in a low-density plasma a Langmuir probe must be used.
