I believe that there should be a precise electrochemical way of measuring the conductiviy of a Graphene sheet, I've tried EIS, of the sheet, using a three elecrode system in which all the electrodes are made of a same Grpahene sheet, and obtained some impedance that is not so consistance with a impedance I receive from a simple ohm meter. Why is that?
I know the non-contact conductance monitor (737, Delcom Instruments Inc.) is a good choice for measuring the square resistance of graphene film.
Is it neccessary to use electrochemical way of measuring conductivity of rGO for you r work? Their are other precise ways for measuring sheet resisitance of rGO on substrate like PET.

I actually need to measure the conductivity of my films that are on PET substrate in at least three ways that one of them has to be eletrochemical
you can measure the conductivity of your film on any substrate using a simple multimeter, It is actually two probe system. Then you can measure conductivity of your film using four probe system, it more accurate but uses four probe resistivity meter. third you can measure it by using Electrochemical Impedance spectroscopy (EIS) system and measure cyclic voltametery (CV).
Using the four point probe method is a much more reliable way of obtaining a conductance measurement for thin films (The results from a two electrode system is going have some error since you are supplying and sensing current and potential in the same leads). You could also use the Van der Pauw method if you have access to a sputtering system to make contacts at the corners of your substrate.
