How to measure recive power in VNA?

Hi, how can I measure receive power of an antenna in a PNA network analyzer? I have two antennas; one is Tx, and another is Rx. I want to find the power received by Rx such that I put in an equation to find the Gain.

Or if I have S21, how can I convert it into received power?
