We would like to measure the pH of bile sample from the mice. Considering the small volume of bile we can collect (5-10ul), can anyone suggest the best method to measure bile pH and bicarbonate ions?

or anyone used micro pH meters for measuring bile pH?

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
