How to measure malondialdehyde based on Heath and Packer's method?

In order to measure malondialdehyde based on Heath and Packer's method, (0.5% TBA in 20% TCA) solution should be added for the reaction. Unfortunately, these two substances do not dissolve well. what should we do? Thank you for your help.

Unfortunately, TBA does not dissolve easily.

We used an ultrasonic Branson 1510 for 30 minutes.
