This is a good question. It is not readily to give you a striaght answer since tested samples of EIS should be in a solid form in order to be able to conduct the EIS test.

However, I would suggest first to EIS test the the powder nanocatalyst materials impeded in a polymer based substrate then EIS test the polymer based substrate without the nsnocatalyst materials.The difference in the values of
