I found several Articles - mostly in the topic of brewring and beer stability - mentioning a % Value of Catechin adsorption to PVPP.
I browsed several artivles now - and could not find anyone specifying how this is done - which method is used to get this %-Value.
Do you know which method can be used to get the Catachin adsorption in %? Or maybe link to a paper/article or something else that describes how this is done?
