Finally, you can calculate the 13C enrichment in % depending on the 13C enrichment of the glucose tracer used (see paper above).

Take into account that not all GC/MS fulfill the specification for these type of analysis. The best HRMS, but some normal MS has enough resolution and discimination if the enrichment it is higher.
