how to measure Capacitance Vs Frequency in potentiostat, Electrochemistry application? I want to measure parallel plate capacitance Vs Frequency (plot). Please let me know where is this facility in the potentiostat or any instrument which can test it. Thank you very much.

I dont know which instruments you are using, but in my Gamry 1010E, it is simple by using Gamry Electrochem Software. First, take EIS plot of the sample by the instrument, and then in the software you can choose X and Y, from which one option is X=f and Y= real Capacitance.

Thank you for your kind response. We have Ivium potntiostat. You mean first I have measure EIS. after EIS record, I can see data as Freq Vs real capacitance (as optional data) in software itself? Our device is solar cell, can we connect W.E. and ref electrodes to ITO and C.E. to other side (i.e. two electrode assembly) and measure EIS. Then select Freq Vs capacitance data to export?
Yes, if you have this potion in your Ivium software.
