You can look at these two documents. They don't exactly talk of tele-me dicine, but it should be possible to adapt it to such a case by modifying the scenario and the MAC protocol

Don't forget queueing management. It is not the same a network with FIFO queues than another with FQ-CoDel (RFC8290). I understand that the examples posted by Sai R N are with FIFO queues of 64 KB size. That nice examples do not include any routing or MAC protocols and are for wired networks and relatively old congestion control algorithms. Missing CUBIC and BBR. Also, there is not any other possibly background competing traffic. A telemedicine application can have multiple TCP flows going on for different purposes: video, chat, remote control of a surgery robot... with different requirements in terms of latency, throughput and packet losses.
