I am using PSO to minimize the distance between the users by updating the formation of clusters.
Once the clusters are formed i will be calculating the throughput for it.
but the throughput keeps on fluctuating .
Could anyone help me how to make the throughput to keep on increasing continuously without having any fluctuations.
You can use factors that weight the importance of each cluster. Threfore yoy can eliminate such fluctuations
In your program code, you should save the best individual in term of throughput to the next generation search. The throughput should be improved generation-by-generation (iteration-by-iteration), at least not degraded, like Fig. 8 and Fig.9 of the below paper.
