What is the mean percent for production yield in co-prcipitation synthesis methods? And how we can to Maximize production yield in co-precipitation synthesis method?
In case of pure sample, you can multiply the calculated weight with some factors to increase the yield. But this is not possible for doped samples. You can make different batches for the same sample to increase yield.
The co-precipitation method was used to prepare different materials. There are several factors that affect the production yield of the prepared materials such as pH value, aging time, molar ratios of the precurses,.., etc.
I need to know how to maximize production yield in the synthsis of ZIF-67 crystals? ( the solvent is Methanol, aging time is 24 h, temperature is room temperature),
And is there any additives to add solution for maximaze the yield, or the additives only speed up crystalization?
