Is there a method to fabricate the calcined Zn-Al-LDH as thin film with the calcination temp above 200 oC?

Fabrication of calcined Zn-Al-Layered double hydroxide (Zn-Al-LDH) at 300 oC as thin film, is it possible or not? If it's possible,, what is the method?
