How to make the right needle for xenotransplantation into 3pf zebrafish?

Hello! I am trying to inject cells into 3 hpf embryos of zebrafish, and want to know if anyone has any suggestion of the values of an ideal needle. We have a 2 step puller and can modify the temperature and the weights.
