I have cultured Raw264.7 cell since last month, but certain amount of cell always cluster together, I try to peptide them about ten times to make them grow individually, but their morphology changed for they formed some protrusions, so I do not dare to peptide they many time.

My culture method is follow the protocol of ATCC, so I do not use Trypsin, I use cell scraper to detach it from T75, and peptide it gently, and divide it into the new T75.
