There is no shortcut. You should not also request anyone to publish your paper. Try to improve your manuscript or you can try to publish in any other journal which is suitable for your manuscript. However, it should by no means a predatory journal.
I am afraid there is no easy way to get a paper published in a major journal. Prepare yourself for a long and thorny road. But there are countless articles on the craft of scientific writing, which you may and should consult in preparing your manuscripts. Below are some of my personal favorites:
