I would try using a low molecular gelator. Alginate might work as I expect it complexes with oxygen on RGO-surface. Hyaluronic Acid could be another candidate. Furhtermore, there are some low molecular gelators, which yield solids at less than 0.1 wt.% gelator.

It very much depends what other properties your ink needs to have.

You may need to add second surfactant into the mixture of the graphene solution.

You can try adding some amount of PEG or PVA to your solution. It would increase solution's viscosity.
