Here is how I made electrolyte :
I added NaClO4 (vacuum dried at 400K) to EC/PC to form 1M solution.
But I found that there were always a lot of particle-like precipitation in my final solution. I believe this is one of the reason why my batteries are always in low performance because NaClO4 was not fully dissolved.
How to solve this problem?

I prepared a 1M NaClO4 solution in PC. For avoiding the formation of particles, try to add the NaClO4 salt slowly in small quantities under continuous stirring. That worked well and I achieved complete dissolvation of the salt.
Sir, Please tell me one thing that can we open NaClO4 salt in open area?
You should add gradually and slowly the salt into EC;PC mixture, the all mixture must be under stirring.
