How to make Free-Iron oxygen absorbers?

I am researching and learning about iron-free oxygen absorbers. Ingredients include:

SiO2

Active Carbon

NaCl/CaCl2.6H2O

Na2CO3

Fillers

However, the finished product is not dry and uneven, making it difficult to pack. But I still haven't found a solution. Can you guys support me or suggest some alternative ways or add chemicals to the formula?
