How to make FRAP reagent 50 ppm in Antioxidant Capacity Test?

Dear scientist,

I would like to know the calculate of 50 ppm FRAP making reagent? From the research before its explain that to make FRAP 50 ppm I have to mix Acetic buffer 30 mikromolar : TPTZ 10 mikromolar : FeCl3.6H2O 20 mikromolar (10:1:1).

Please explain to me.
