I would like to use vegan package for analysis different releve made in different region in my country, if this different regions can be gather according to their compositions.
How could I step by step use R, how could I prepare my data from excel sheet to insert them in R?
Based on the different region sampled, how can I to tell the software to gather common regions?

One thing that stumbles most vegan beginners around me is that you must organize your data in the way vegan expects it (i.e. one column per species and one row per site) and eliminate all other columns. Once you do that, things should go smoothly.
