You should model the half of your geometry and then apply a proper boundary condition to your model.

i understand that , but my question is , if i model the bolts connecting beam web as half bolt , then how will i assign bolt pre load ? (bolts pre loads assigned at the mid surface of the bolt)

If your boundary conditions and loading conditions are not symmetric as the geometric, then the model could not assumed symmetric.
