moment curvature curve from many models in abaqus for bolted angle steel connection gives always higher values than experiments , i tried to generate many models but always getting same results

bolts and material =ELEMENT TYPE C3D8R

friction = 0.25

all surfaces have surface to surface contact with small slide

all material defined as plastic as per experimentals

any idea ?
