To prepare a 440µM Resazurin stock, you weigh 11mg of Resazurin in 100mL sterile PBS 1X. Dissolve it fully, and keep in a flask protected from light. Store it at 4°C.

I have never used it in bacteria, but in cells, I usually use it at 44µM prepared in serum free medium.
