Hi, I am currently involved in making water-oil droplets, and I am having issues getting the droplets. So basically, I use light mineral oil and water in the ratio of 8:2. I do not use any surfactants here. So is it necessary to use the surfactant here. Could anyone please let me know the best protocol for making water-oil droplets? Thanks

I used dish washer as an emulsifying agent for mixing Neem oil with water for spraying on the Plant. There was no fixed ratio; it was added till it was sufficiently small to add. It was about ten to twenty percent of the oil quantity and took more time to mix to make small droplets. It will depend on water quality also.
