I have been working with DSSC, which had a conductive glass that was the positive pole (FTO / platinum) and another glass the negative pole (FTO / Tio2 / Dye) mounted in sandwich format, where I plugged the alligators and made the electrochemical measurements on solar simulator.
How to make measurements on perovskite solar cells with Au, since I have only one conductive glass? where do I plug the alligators (pic attached)?
I think you ask about the how to access the perovskite solar cell with the negative electrode remaining the same from glass coated with FTO . Then this electrode can be accessed by the crocodile as you did before. Then it remains to access the anode which is the gold electrode that can not be accessed directly by a crocodile.
I would propose that you use silver epoxy to connect a wire to this electrode and then you can access the wire by the crocodile.

If gold electrode is used for a perovskite solar cell, the device structure is inverted which means gold electrode is positive and ITO or FTO on glass is negative. Your positive alligator should connect the gold electrode. The other electrode should be negative.

According to your device structure, you have to connect positive and negative electrodes to HTL and ETL sides respectively. But, the clips you have shown in the pic will be difficult to probe the top electrode/contact over the device which may be either silver, aluminum or gold. You may end up spoiling your devices. Therefore I would suggest you to use pin probes with micropositioners.
However, you can extend the top electrode deposition beyond device area towards the outer edges of the substrate for clipping like in DSSC, but for that you will have to pattern your TCO coated substrate.
