I want to look at the interaction between fibronectin and integrins on cells in their native conformation. My cells are T24 and MB49 which are adherent cells. Is there a way to lift or suspend them without disrupting the fibronectin:integrin complex? Or in other words, is there a way to lift them up without digestion of the extracellular matrix?

You can try with EDTA solution the same concentration as in trypsin/EDTA but without of trypsin. Another detachment enzyme is accutase - should be milder for extracellular matrix.
As Izabela noted using a gentle enzyme like accutase combined with a Ca, Mg-free medium should do the job. Let it incubate for a bit and gentle swirling such remove cells without damage to the matrix.
