I injected PRV-EGFP(tilter: 1×107pfu) into mouse's hippocampal CA3 region, but the mouse died ~5 days after injection. It isn't enough to observe the projection that I wanted. Is there any methods to lenthen mouse's lifetime?
Probably I can decrease the tilter, but I am afraid of infection efficiency...
