How to know the state of your article when submitting it to IEEE journals ?

Once we finish the submission of an article to the IEEE journals, in "Scholarone Manuscripts system" it directly displays the state '' under review '' how to know that it is no longer with the editor? and it's in reviews state?

It is so simple, just track your article by using the tracking facility in this journal(s) main window and this is representing a standard procedure in approximately almost trusted journals including those under IEEE covering, hence, please my brother feel free and contact me again in case of urgent cases.
