I could say this labour takes more than 4 months for me, however, I met a person who did it in no more than 1 months.

I agree with Mohit Bajaj . Never hurry on writing a review article. You need to explore the field as much as possible before you pen your first draft. The more the better. Also review articles dont need just a relay of happenings on the field. They need to encompass your take on it too - your thoughts on the approaches and the predictions the current field of research is taking

If you want to write a good RA. You need to go through good number of articles related to your Relevant field with patience and try to draft it. If you already have experience in your research Area. I don't think it would take more than a month.
The review of the necessary literature takes time as well as the writing of the manuscript. Up to 3-4 months is reasonable time.
The time for writing the Review Paper depends on many factors. Sometimes it is determined by the editor of the magazine that ordered the article. This is the hardest case because the publication time is already scheduled. Usually, it takes me at least 1-2 months to write a Review. If I feel that I will need the time of about 3 mos. or even longer - I give up the idea of writing the Review.
As long as you want it, as deep as you are interested, and as committed as you are.
