I have prepared some of molecules as a derivatives of 1,3-Oxazepine 4,7-dione ,this molecules has one chiral center. Theoretically I used chem draw program, the molecules had an S configuration, but experimentally i don't have a tool to know .

Presence of chiral center does not necessarily makes a compound chiral because your synthesized compound might be racemic mixture. First you need to find out whether your compound is optically active or not and enantiomeric excess (ee). Then by using 2D-NMR techniques and/or Circular Dichroism you might be able to determine configuration.
