Roughly, the three funcions of protected natural areas are 1) conservation of natural resources (biodiversity, natural sites or monuments...), 2) sustainable development for local-regional areas, 3) environmental education. Lots of surveys have been made, and can be found in specialized literature, but I get difficulties to find only one that be oriented on that third so-important function. Do anyone know a specific tourists' survey on it? Or maybe a questionnaire for tourists or visitors with a specific part on how a natural protected area (e.g. a National Park) is being fulfilled? Thanks!

Dear Andres, I agree that No 3 positive/negative effect is always hardly to calculate. Some ideas of educational role of NNP I explained in my book on Conservation Biology but it is in Ukrainian, still hope to translate it into English even doing with some Chapters: look on my site in RG.

Thank you both guys. Andrey, quite interesting point that one on transboundary NP. Mine is not the case... for this project I try to develop. But it is indeed for another project that a partner of mine and myself are writing to propose to UK Government. If we finally propose it, perhaps will be interesting to share some ideas.
