How to know charge transfer in photodetector under external bias voltage ?

I have been working on the graphene-based photodetector, I am getting photocurrent under illuminated light and bias voltage, however, I would like to know how the charge transfer contributing to the photocurrent.

Dear Akash Gupta,

The charge transfer is related to the photo transient response. You need to meaure the transient time to work out charge transport properties.
