Dear all,

I have considered hole mobility =200 cm^2/(Vs) and elecron mobility=5cm^2/(Vs). In the global physics section, I have used the following commands:

EffectiveIntrinsicDensity( Slotboom )

hMobility (HighFieldSaturation(PFMob Eparallel))

Recombination(SRH(TempDependence))

Thermodynamic

HeatCapacity (Tempdep)

But while upon the simulation the hole current is not getting computed.

Please suggest me the idea to compute the hole current in the simulation
