I have been doing a meta regression to identify the effect of moderator (follow up period) on estimated effect (Recurrences). the results of covariant are :
Metrics :Odd ratio
Coefficients : -0.570 (Intercept), P value = 0.080
Duration of follow up (moderator) : -0.001. (Coefficients). P value = 0.460
Omnipus P value = 0.640

I am not an expert in your area of research. However, if a level of significance is set at .05 - then all your p values introduced here are statistically non-significant. If this is the case, then any further interpretation of the results is redundant and should be discontinued.

The regression coefficients estimates how the intervention effect in each subgroup differs from a nominated reference subgroup. The p value of each regression coefficient will indicate whether this difference is statistically significant.
The p-value for each term tests the null hypothesis that the coefficient is equal to zero (no effect).
A low p-value (< 0.05) indicates that you can reject the null hypothesis, suggesting that changes in the predictor are associated with changes in the response.
on other hand, a larger p-value suggests that changes in the predictor are not associated with changes in the response.
In the above results, we can see that the p-values are greater than the common alpha level of 0.05, which indicates that it is not statistically significant if the Confidence Interval (C.I) was set to 95% .
