Hi everyone, I'd like to calculate the genetic correlation of plant height from same individuals between two different ages using linear mixed model. In the model, the fixed effect was experimental design and the random effect was genotypes. I applied the packages sommer on my data sets and the "cov2cor" function was used to obtain the value of genetic correlation. However, it gave me two values, one was from `$genotypes` and another one was from `$units`. Does anybody suggest which value I should pick?

(I attached the screen cut from one example from sommer package hand out. It gives three values of genetic correlation. I'm totally confused about the interpretation of the difference of these three values. In the example, female and male are both the random effect.)
